Role of Customer Service Attendant / Cashier
Job Description
- Perform counter sales duty for betting products.
- Process prize claims for winning tickets.
- Assist with sales of charity tickets, SPA/e-bet slips onboarding and process KYC verification.
- Perform end of day reconciliation to balance against cash/tickets.
- Perform safe management measures duties.
- Provide consistent good customer service at all times.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Branch Manager.
Job Requirements
- Able to commit at least 1 weekday, 1 weekend per week
- Able to commit shift hours (as per roster basis)
- Comfortable in handling cash transactions
- Excellence customer service
