With the latest guidelines announced on 14 May 2021 by the Singapore Government, from Sunday 16 May till further notice, Adecco will observe work from home as the default at workplaces. Employees who need to return to the office or to any worksites have to adhere to continuing heightened measures and safe protocols in effect to minimize the risk to clients, associates, employees and the community. In all instances, any physical visit to the office will include mandatory mask-wearing, TraceTogether check-ins on token or app, regular temperature takings, identity verification, adoption of safe distancing measures, hygiene and behavioral conduct practices.

What is the Coronavirus (COVID-19) ?
Coronaviruses are a large family of viruses. They cause illnesses ranging from the common cold to more severe diseases. There are involved cases where no symptoms have been reported in initial Coronavirus carriers. Similar, related strains of the Coronavirus have been found in the prior Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS) and Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) outbreaks.
Health authorities are still investigating and informing the public on the attributes of the new Coronavirus (COVID-19) strain which includes tracing the source of the infection and the movement of transmission, with recent developments in the introduction of new vaccines and vaccine programs to counteract virus effects.
How do you prevent the contracting of the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) ?
Everyone should practice good hand and respiratory hygiene coupled with safe food practices and habits. These include:

What should you do if you feel unwell ?
If you are unwell and suspect that you may have symptoms of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), you must seek medical attention immediately. Alert the hospital or clinic ahead of booking an appointment with the doctor in time to ensure that all information about your symptoms, medical and travel history are disclosed to effectively limit transmission.
