Adecco is the anchor partner for Singapore Polytechnic’s School of Life Skills and Communication (SP-LSC). Since 2014, Adecco has shared its employability best practices with SP staff. This has led to curation of workshops and modules which encourages interdisciplinary learning, aligning with the SkillsFuture Framework to prepare students for their future career.
Adecco continues to support Singapore Polytechnic in students’ growth beyond the classroom. They opened their doors to students by inviting them to participate in their CEO for One-Month programme, providing them with great opportunities to learn the skills needed to be an aspiring leader, as well as to experience the varied demands and challenges faced by CEOs in the workforce today.
Additionally, Adecco will also run various recruitment fairs in Singapore Polytechnic, opening up exciting job opportunities for students, equipping them with new skills and knowledge that is necessary in the workforce.
Started in 2021, Adecco and SP-LSC organised a 4-week staff Industry Attachment (IA) programme for our Singapore Polytechnic staff members. This programme has provided 6 of our staffs with great insights on the important skills that is necessary for today’s workforce such as teamwork and collaboration, creative thinking and problem solving and digital fluency.
