With the appointment of Cindy Lee as the new Country Manager Singapore, Adecco has taken a significant step towards reinforcing its dedication to employee growth. Cindy joined Adecco in March 2021 as SVP Finance Adecco APAC where she has been a key member of the APAC Senior Leadership team, achieving several milestones during her tenure. Cindy has a background in finance, strategy and M&A, as well as HR, Procurement, Legal and IT

Cindy demonstrated a keen interest in operations management at the country level and underwent rigorous training and studies prior to transitioning into this internal role, showcasing the importance of organizational support, preparation and adaptability in today’s fast-paced business environment. Cindy’s journey reflects Adecco's belief that employees should have the opportunity to expand their skill sets and pursue diverse career paths within the organization. As Senior Vice President & Country Manager Singapore, Cindy will oversee country operations, leading and managing the team to achieve financial targets, market growth while driving profitability and continuing to build on the winning culture within the Singapore team.

Outgoing Adecco Singapore Country Manager, Betul Genc has been an integral part of the Singapore team since she joined in 2020. Betul will continue to provide strategic guidance and direction to country leadership teams in her expanded role as SVP and Head of Adecco ASEAN.
